The heated, underground section of the parkade is reserved for monthly parking and only accessible with an access card. This parkade is operated and managed by Impark.

Caution is advised when exiting the 102nd Street Parkade. Please exit the parkade safely and take note of the curb on the way out. The curb extends for a few metres until it is time to turn right to exit. Use caution and leave extra space prior to turning right to avoid driving over the curb.

How do I pay for Parking at the 102nd Street Parkade?
Pay Stations are located next to the elevators on the Main, Second and Fourth floor of the parkade. Find the exact locations of the Pay Stations in the table below.
Proceed to pay for parking at one of these locations after you have safely parked your vehicle. You need your license plate number here to pay for parking and do not to display a receipt on your dash.
If you're parking on the main floor right by the entrance of the parkade there is an additional Pay Station located here just for this area which uses a pay by stall method. You need to know your stall number to pay for parking in this section of the parkade.
If you are a monthly reserved parking holder, be sure to display your pass in the vehicle.
