Entering and Exiting the DoubleTree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown Parkade
The entrance of the DoubleTree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown Parkade is unconventional and caution is advised when entering the parkade. Be aware of the angle at which the driveway turns and enter the parkade at a reduced speed. The clearance of the parkade is 6'4" and some pickup trucks may not meet this requirement.
If you are a guest of the hotel, please register your licence plate number at the hotel reception. If you're returning to the parkade after hours, you will need your key to enter the parkade. In case of need, there is an intercom at the entrance that will connect you to security.

Where do you park when visiting the DoubleTree Hotel?
You can access the hotel Parkade off Jasper Avenue in downtown Edmonton. It is located under the DoubleTree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown Hotel. The entrance to the parkade is at an angle so slow down and use caution when entering and exiting the facility. This parkade is operated and managed by Impark and has 202 spacious, underground and heated parking spots to choose from.

Where to go after you park?
The reception desk of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is on the second floor of the building. If you are a guest of the hotel, please head to the second floor from the parkade elevators where a Guest Services Agent will be happy to assist you with check in to the hotel and will register your license plate number.
The hotel's Gallery Restaurant is also on the second floor. If you are looking to exit the building go to the main floor, which will lead you to the main doors of the building. Please note there is no staff or reception desk on the main floor of this building.

When you park at the hotel parkade you will have the luxury of avoiding the rush of traffic as you exit if you are attending an event at the Edmonton Convention Centre.
The parkade is a brightly lit, underground, and heated. Parking here means you never have to worry about scraping snow off the windshield or your car steering wheel being too hot to touch in the summer.
The friendly staff can also assist you in any questions you may have about dining and other options in the area.
Tandem Stalls
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Parkade has a few Tandem Stalls that can be reserved for monthly parking. These stalls are a great cost-saving option for you and a friend to buy heated, underground parking at a bargain.

How do I pay for Parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton Edmonton Downtown Parkadee?
There is a Pay Station on each floor of the parkade located next to the door that leads to the elevators. Please pay for parking right after you park your vehicle as this is a prepay location. The Pay Stations are programmed to recognize the time of day and provide you with different hourly, evening and weekend rates to choose from.
